What is private property impounding? Private property impounding is an area of towing that can be of great use to property owners as well as businesses of all sizes. The Ohio Revised Code (ORC 4513.60) as well as the Kentucky Revised Statute (KRS 189.725) allows property owners as well as businesses to have vehicles removed from their property that are considered to be "trespassing."
This could apply to:
- Vehicles parked on private property without proper credentials
- Vehicles that failed to pay to park on a private parking lot
- Vehicles who have parked on a private parking lot longer than they paid for
- Vehicles who park on a private parking lot but the owners go other places not owned or managed by the parking lot (parking at McDonalds, leaving your car in their lot and then going to Wendy's)
- Junk or abandoned vehicles
- Any other viable reason

There are so many things that need to be noticed when parking in a certain spot. Something that really is interesting is that it really sounds like towing services are serious about making sure that these signs that say "no parking" are being abide to.
